Painted Ladies

Painted Ladies is a term used to describe Victorian houses painted in three or more colors to enhance their architectural details. This classic and popular photo was taken in Alamo Square district of San Francisco, California. The area is so named because of its central garden of the same name. Walk around you’ll find Victorian architecture. Don’t miss the city in the background.
